Art Bidlevskii

REALTOR®

Art is a Realtor at Legacy Kelowna Real Estate Group with 7 Years of experience helping families relocate within Kelowna. Specializing in negotiations, Art uses that experience to help families move on to the following chapters while minimizing the many stress points a move can make.

Art immigrated from Ukraine as a child and has strong roots in the Russian-speaking community in Kelowna. In his early years, he starred in the WHL, becoming one of the youngest Captains in Prince George Cougars history and continuing onto a prosperous professional career spanning five years. A quick google search of his stats would show his frequent visits to the penalty box, although he proclaims that he is a "Lover, not a fighter."

Art loves to spend Sunday mornings on the golf course, Wednesday nights at Tonics enjoying wings and suds, and other free time with his spouse and two young boys at various parks and playgrounds around Kelowna.

By focusing on each client's needs, values, and timelines, Art has been able to put the experience of being involved in hundreds of real estate transactions to good use. Over the years, Art's strengths as a realtor have garnered recognition from his brokers for hitting major sales milestones. Art may spend his days at his downtown office or showing clients their future homes, but the relationships created during the transaction cycle truly get him out of bed in the morning.
